Beauty & Foot Health By Rahat
Beauty & Foot Health by Rahat is a small business based in Cardiff offering specialised beauty treatments. Rahat came to me upon completion of her foot health qualification in hope to rebrand her business to reflect her new offerings.
We created a completely new logo and re-branded her print advertising material including pricelists and business cards.
Following the re-brand, we worked towards updating her existing Facebook page and creating a new Instagram page. We then discussed the type of content that Rahat could use in the future in order to attract more local women to her services.
Simply Organised
Simply Organised are a small start up company based in Cheshire that offers home organisation services. The client wanted a business card that would reflect their brand personality along with enticing potential customers without providing too much information relating to the services available.
With the company being very flexible, the client wanted to spark conversation and draw their attention to their Instagram page.

The Old Mill Collection is a small family business based in North Wales offering a collection of hand-poured home fragrance and handmade homeware.
My role as Marketing Director includes full management of the businesses marketing activities, from web design and management, to social media management, copy writing, print, branding, product photography, social media optimisation, sales and events!
Ansa Tyres are a mechanical services business based in the town of Wrexham. Following new ownership, I was asked to take care of the businesses marketing strategy, to build a completely new website and to develop a social media presence from the ground up.
I work closely with the Directors and the General Manager to develop new ways to advertise the companies services, from magazine and newspaper features, digital screen ads, print and social media.

Woodlands Ltd
Woodlands Ltd is an established organisation based in North Wales and offers a highly specialised therapeutic environment for the care, education and therapy for young people.
I also worked with the management team to develop a new and updated website with the aim to update outdated information and develop a more user friendly and easily navigable site.
Aside from this, I have developed a series of print and digital media to help support the companies recruitment drive. I also look after the companies social media accounts to showcase an insight into the young people's lives during their time at Woodlands.

Healthbox CIC
Healthbox CIC is a not-for-profit community interest company that provides a variety of health and wellbeing services to local people across Cheshire.
My experience of working with Healthbox is extensive, starting my career volunteering, onto a placement and continuing to work with the team throughout and after my degree. My initial role was Marketing Manager, looking after all marketing activities from web management to building all social media channels from scratch, print and digital media design, copywriting and event planning.
I now support their current marketing team to lead on social media management, content creation, paid advertising, copy and internal communications.
Innova Aesthetics
Innova Aesthetics were looking for a new website and new content to promote their new premises in North Wales.
I worked closely with the Director to develop a basic, user friendly site that provided all of the information a potential client would need before booking an appointment. In addition to this i managed the companies social media accounts.

Sussex Fitness Project is a newly launched brand that offer 1-2-1 personal training, group sessions and specialised exercise groups including stroke and cardiac rehabilitation along with cancer exercise rehabilitation and supporting individuals who are suffering from high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes in the Brighton and Hove area.
Ashleigh and Martin got in touch in need of marketing support including social media, branding, content creation and print media design.
We created a bespoke SM guide that includes, guides, tips and advice that can be used now and in the future. We also answered all of the questions the team had to ensure they can use this guide as more of a handbook to refer to during their social media management.
The team were looking for a friendly, approachable and user friendly website that could provide their different clients with the information they need, quickly. We made use of their new bright and clear branding to make the information available on the website easy to read and jargon free!
The aim with this project was to keep the website as simple as possible and let the images do the work, which they most certainly do!
Both the desktop and mobile sites showcase Scott's vast talent and provide all the information you need relating to the packages he offers.
It's safe to say that this project was an absolute breeze to complete thanks to Scott's amazing portfolio of wedding and family portrait images.
I worked with Sally, the CEO to manage their social media, content creation including developing their reel strategy and influencer collaborations. I also supported the team at various events they trade at to capture content to share on socials.
Each month I would plan in content and send to the team for approval, to ensure they still had control of what was being posted and when!
Another aspect of my role was to keep the website up to date with new banners etc, and to support their Black Friday and Boxing Day Sale email campaigns to drive sales over the Christmas period.
With their old website causing lots of problems, previous website developers falling off the face of the earth, and it just being a huge pain the neck to manage, Phil wanted a complete new website & a new system to make website updates and management as smooth and straightforward as possible.
We organised the shopping site from scratch to ensure the user experience was a slick as possible, easily accessible information and a swanky design to showcase the huge array of brands the shop stocks!
We are now very pleased to say that the team are able to easily process their orders, upload new stock with ease! 👏
Nic and Laura took over the company a few months ago now and wanted to make their website look and feel more “them” so that’s what we did!
A brand new funky little website, that they can manage themselves, shout about their upcoming events and generally just provide the essential information as quickly as possible!
As an artisan trader with The Old Mill Collection myself, I know how much getting quick information about the upcoming events, how to register to trade and what they usually look like is.
Nic and Laura were so pleased, and it was a dream to complete the website and complete the self management training with them.
Oswestry Care Beds, otherwise known as Oswestry Standing frames and Theo Davies & Sons LTD are a well established carpentry firm that spans 3 generations making specialised medical equipment including standing frames and profiling beds.
We worked with the team to get the organisation up and running on social media to develop brand awareness, managing socials for a month, then creating 2 months more worth of content and a social media guidebook to support staff in taking charge of their own socials.
In addition, we designed a print package of Brochures, Instruction Manual, A5 Flyers and Business Cards to give the team tangible material to send to new partners and/or new customers either by post or in person at trade fairs etc.
To follow this, we conducted research into UK charities that either fund or help families to find funding for the medical equipment they need, making first contact via email by sending out an e-brochure & a follow up phone call for each.
We then explored contacts within the supplier industry, to inform them of the equipment that can now be supplied directly from the maker, cutting out the middle man and the costs that come with that!
Kristy is an experienced beautician based in Wrexham who has worked at almost all of the go to salons across Wrexham and Chester.
2023 is going to be a big year for the business with a new premises being built behind her home, multiple new treatments being launched. I am currently creating content and looking after the Tres Kristy Facebook & Instagram account to promote the business locally, and attract new clients.
We are also currently working together on a rebrand which we're really looking forward to revealing, a whole new look!
Gwlangollen is a community interest (CIC) not for profit organisation based in Llangollen who work with local organisations to promote heritage wool skills.
Gill's current website was outdated and didn't have a connected domain, so we worked together to freshen up her website, connect a domain & make the website easier to navigate and to find the most important information depending on the type of visitor! Not only that but to make sure all of the organisations current projects and partners were included, and we made use of the gallery section to showcase the sheer amount of things that wool can be made into and used for!

The Independent Food Aid Network is the UK's Network of Independent Food Banks. The aim of the charity is to create "a country without the need for charitable food aid where adequate and nutritious food is affordable to all".
The team got in touch when they'd simply had enough of trying to use their old system, they wanted full control over their website to enable them to update their pages with crucial research, information and data to support those needing access to food aid and to support the food banks currently operating across the UK.
With so much data being generated by the team, they needed the site to host their whole library of PDF's, with ease of upload and accessibility.
The whole team and their board of trustees are pleased with the finished product!
As mentioned above, I have been working with Kristy at previously named 'Tres Kristy' to now named 'The Stonehouse Beauty Rooms' in Wrexham.
Kristy has completed the build of her own salon and to coincide with this new business vision, she asked for a rebrand that was completely different to her old branding.
Kristy wanted something classy and timeless, yet recognisable and to include a deep green as the salon is painted in this colour.
She is so pleased with the rebrand and has had amazing feedback from her clients as well as bookings from new clients!
